points and points’ types

Points can be claimed by Student and Club Level members through participating in various challenges listed on the Individual Challenges webpage. Achievements and Medals can only be secured by gaining points through attempting Individual Challenges.

Points are distinguished by multiple Point Types. Points received for certain Point Types are automatically updated via the site whereas certain point Types need to be updated manually by the administrator. Currently, members can strive to win points in any of the Point Types mentioned below:

Clubs may achieve points through participating in Club Challenges. These are manually updated on the Club Leaderboard upon completion of activity.

Points assigned manually by the administrator will require upto 4 days for an update. If there are concerns, write to rewards@curiosumtech.in.

ACHIEVEMENTS Vs. Points

Achievements can be claimed by Student and Club Level members. Achievements are the ultimate bragging rights tool for members to showcase on their profile. Each Achievement is equivalent to a certain number of points of a specific points’ type achieved by members. Achievements can be acquired at anytime during the season. Once an Achievement has been unlocked, members can gain additional 50 points! Note that points used to unlock Achievements will be considered along with other points received while assigning Medals.

Awards

Get life-size awards for your achievements via the Engagement Rewards Program. For the 2024-2025 season, the following awards and prizes will be available for winners.

NOTE: As mentioned in the Documentation section on the Rewards page: The Engagement Rewards Program for a given season begins on April 1st of that season and ends on the last day of February in the same season (i.e. the following calendar year). Student Members (Student Level and Club Level members) and Clubs may actively engage in activities to collect points during this timeline.

Individual Awards

Participants must be Student or Club Level Members within the 2024-2025 season to be eligible for the awards listed below.

Note: Individuals that have used points to unlock achievements will have their remaining points added to the value of the highest achievement level unlocked.

*Note: Organizers have the right to substitute prizes, when and if necessary.
