Club Challenges

Below are a list of challenges that registered Clubs under the MFB platform can participate in. Follow the steps below for each challenge and work towards becoming the top 3 for exciting awards and prizes!

Enroll new members

Participate in Membership Sessions

If at least one member from a Club attends a Membership session, the Club receives 5 points. For every additional member from the same Club that attends the session, the Club is awarded 2 points per attending member.1. Club Member must sign up for the Membership session (https://membership.formulabharat.com/meetings/).
2. Club Member must enter their MFB username along with the Club Membership ID in the chat box during the session.

Host a Presentation

A Club can gain 40 points for hosting a presentation (virtual or physical) during the season. The topics covered must be relevant to the competitions hosted by Curiosum Tech, and must be educational in nature. There is no limit to the number of presentations a Club can host, as long as it is approved and announced by MFB admin. Note that a topic that has already been covered my MFB in the current season cannot be repeated.
A presentation that is majorly commercial or advertorial shall result in the Club receiving a penalty of 50 points. Similarly, a Club that is a ‘no show’ at their own presentation shall receive a penalty of 50 points.
1. The Club must inform media@curiosumtech.in of their intent to host a presentation, at least 3 weeks prior to the proposed date. The Club must include details such as the topic, speakers, date, time etc.
2. The Club must have the presentation accessible to participants outside their Club membership.
Note: The presentation details will be mentioned on the MFB website. The Club Leadership is responsible for collecting the attendance list and sharing it with rewards@curiosumtech.in. Sharing photos and videos from the event is highly recommended.

Host a Workshop Tour

A Club can gain 40 points if they host a workshop tour for teams or participants from other Clubs under MFB. A Club can redeem a maximum of 3 workshop tours within a season.The Club must inform media@curiosumtech.in of their intent to host a workshop tour, at least 3 weeks prior to the proposed date. The Club must include details such as the date, time, accessibility details etc.
Note: The workshop tour details will be mentioned on the MFB website. The Club Leadership is responsible for collecting the attendance list and sharing it with rewards@curiosumtech.in. Sharing photos and videos from the event is highly recommended.
If your Club has hosted a Workshop tour between April 1 and June 12, please send the details of the event including any supporting evidence to rewards@curiosumtech.in.

Host a Roadshow

A Club can gain 40 points if they host a Roadshow at their institution. A Club may host only 1 Roadshow in a season.1. The Club must inform program-manager@curiosumtech.in of their intent to host a Roadshow, at least 1 month prior to the proposed date. The Club must include details such as the topic, speakers, date, time etc.
2. The Club must have the event accessible to participants outside their Club membership.
Note: The details of the Roadshow will be mentioned on the www.formulabharat.com/roadshow. The Club Leadership is responsible for collecting the attendance list and sharing it with rewards@curiosumtech.in. Sharing photos and videos from the event is highly recommended.
If your Club has hosted a Workshop tour between April 1 and June 12, please send the details of the event including any supporting evidence to rewards@curiosumtech.in.

Avail Vendor services

A Club can avail 25 points each time it (or participating teams under the Club) redeems a discount or purchases an item or uses a service from a vendor listed on the Vendors page. A Club may only redeem the points once for each vendor.1. Ensure that the purchaser uses the Club Membership ID when purchasing items or services from a vendor listed on the Vendors page.
2. Provide details of purchase (such as name of vendor, invoice etc.) to rewards@curiosumtech.in.

Register for a CT competition

If a team under a Club has registered for any of the competitions listed below, the Club can avail upto 30 points for each competition:
– Pi-EV 2023
– Formula Bharat 2024
– Shootout 2024
Note 1: If two teams under a Club have registered for the same event, then the Club only redeems 30 points and not double the amount.
Note 2: The Club should have been created by the Club Membership deadline of the event / competition that a team under it has registered for, in order to redeem participation points for that event.
Ensure that your Club Membership has been registered by the Club Membership deadline for the particular event that the team has registered for.30~

NOTE: As mentioned in the Documentation section on the Rewards page: The Engagement Rewards Program for a given season begins on April 1st of that season and ends on the last day of February in the same season (i.e. the following calendar year). Student Members (Student Level and Club Level members) and Clubs may actively engage in activities to collect points during this timeline.
