Basic Access
Free | Account Access
Basic access allows users to create an account and explore the platform.
- Profile creation

Purpose:
To help users get started and understand the ecosystem before upgrading.

Club-Based Participation
To participate in major events, students must be part of a Formula Bharat Club under their institution.
What is a Club?
Club Eligibility Requirements
- It has a minimum of 15 registered Members (paid membership holders)
- All members are part of the same institution
- The Club has defined student leadership

Club Leadership
Each Club must have a defined leadership structure to ensure smooth functioning.
Club President - Leads the Club’s activities and direction.
Responsibilities:
- Drive participation and engagement
- Coordinate with members and organizers
- Represent the Club externally
Club Secretary - Supports operations and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records and communication
- Track deadlines and updates
- Support planning and execution
Important Notes
- Basic access does not provide eligibility for participation
- Only Members (paid) are counted toward Club formation
- A minimum of 15 Members is mandatory for Club eligibility
- Clubs are mandatory for participation in competitions
- Membership is season-based and non-transferable nor refundable
- Discounts and benefits are time-bound and subject to deadlines

Registration
Individual Student Membership
- Benefits: Member connections, Exclusive workshops, Discounts on select events, Knowledge resources, Forum Discussions, Jobs portal access, etc.

- Starting at INR 950 (inclusive of tax) for season from April 1, 2025 thru March 31, 2026.

Club Membership
- Benefits: Exclusive workshops, Competition fee discounts, 1-on-1 Technical Support, Vendor discounts, Alumni Network, Engagement Rewards, Knowledge resources etc.
- Once an institution has a minimum of 30 individuals with Student Membership, the group automatically qualifies for Club Membership.
