Expanding beyond motorsports, we have now ventured into manufacturing solutions for
various industries. To support this expansion, we are looking for a Mechanical Design
Engineer (Intern) specializing for the GYM domain.

Position: Mechanical Design Engineer – GYM Domain (Internship)
Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with 2+ years of
experience in design, analysis, and simulation in Formula Student projects. The selected
candidate will work on designing Gym Equipment, performing structural analysis, and
optimizing designs for manufacturability.

Skills & Qualifications
• Gym & Fitness Knowledge: Must be a daily gym-goer, familiar with gym equipment
and industry terminology.
• Design & Analysis Experience: Prior experience in designing and analyzing crucial
components in Formula Student projects, specifically using aluminum materials.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of various manufacturing processes and
raw materials available in the market.
• Innovative Thinking: Ability to bring fresh ideas and optimize designs.
• Formula Student Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Formula Student
projects.
• Decision-Making & Research Skills: Ability to conduct technical research and make
sound engineering decisions.
• Software Skills: Any relevant CAD and simulation software.
• Commitment: Ability to work a minimum of 4 hours daily.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop gym equipment, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
• Perform analysis and simulations, including wear and tear studies.
• Optimize designs for cost, weight, and lead time.
• Assess manufacturing feasibility of designs.
• Research innovations and trends in the gym industry.
